Do we pay per user?
No. The price is per organisation, and all your users are included. Auditors and advisors do not consume paid seats either.
Which frameworks can we choose?
GDPR is always included. On top of that you choose two from ISO 27001, NIS2 in your country’s national version, SOC 2 and NIST CSF 2.0. Choosing SOC 2 instead of NIS2 costs no more. Most customers choose ISO 27001 and NIS2.
What happens after the first year?
You pay SEK 240,000 per year, or sign a three-year agreement for SEK 540,000, which is SEK 180,000 per year. All amounts exclude VAT.
Is there a free version?
No, but you try the platform free of charge for 14 days. We set up the trial together with you after a first conversation; it is not self-service.
Is Compeas Auditor Tool included?
Yes, always. Your auditor follows the work in real time, and you do not pay for the auditor’s access.
What do more frameworks or more instances cost?
More than three frameworks, and additional instances for a group that needs to keep its companies apart, cost extra. Ask us and you will get a number.
Can a Swedish public body make a direct award?
The first year plus a three-year agreement comes to SEK 660,000 excluding VAT. The Swedish direct award threshold is SEK 700,000 under the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and SEK 1,200,000 under the Utilities Procurement Act (LUF).
